The Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship equips individuals with the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to support organisational functions through efficient administration, process improvement and professional service delivery.
Apprentices will work across teams or departments, contributing to operations, resolving issues, maintaining systems, improving services and supporting management decisions.

End-Point Assessment (EPA)
Gateway Requirements:
- Completion of the on-programme phase (minimum duration met)
- Achievement of Level 2 English and Maths (if required)
- Employer and training provider review confirming readiness
EPA Components:
- Knowledge Test– multiple-choice/online test assessing breadth of knowledge
- Project Presentation– apprentice presents a work-based improvement project they have carried out
- Portfolio-Based Interview– interview underpinned by the portfolio of evidence demonstrating skills, behaviours and impact
Grading:
Fail / Pass / Distinction.
