This apprenticeship prepares technicians to operate, monitor and maintain complex process manufacturing systems within high-hazard industrial environments such as chemicals, petrochemicals, energy, hydrogen production, polymer production, green fuel production and large-scale continuous processing plants.

The Level 4 Improvement Practitioner apprenticeship develops skilled professionals who lead improvement activities across teams and departments. Apprentices will deliver medium-scale improvement projects, analyse data, solve complex problems, engage stakeholders, and implement sustainable solutions

The Level 3 Improvement Technician apprenticeship develops professionals who are responsible for delivering continuous improvement activities within their organisation. Apprentices support teams to solve problems, improve processes, reduce waste, increase efficiency and enhance quality

The Level 3 Low Carbon Heating Technician apprenticeship prepares apprentices to install, commission, service and maintain a range of low-carbon heating technologies. This includes heat pumps, solar thermal systems, underfloor heating, radiators, associated pipework and energy-efficient heating controls.

This apprenticeship prepares individuals to become fully competent engineering operatives capable of supporting production, manufacturing, fabrication, assembly or maintenance activities. Apprentices gain core engineering skills, understand technical information, use machinery safely and work to defined quality standards.

This Foundation Apprenticeship provides young people with an entry route into engineering and manufacturing. Apprentices gain essential practical skills, workplace behaviours and foundational knowledge needed to move into full employment or progress onto a Level 2 or Level 3 apprenticeship.
